Limpa Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 1/2 c. rye flour or wheat flour
2 c. water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. molasses
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. caraway seed
2 tsp. fennel seed
1 egg
Preparation

Mix flour in separate bowls.
Mix yeast in warm water, then add other ingredients (only 1 teaspoon each of seed, put rest on top of bread.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Mix egg with 1 tablespoon of milk and brush on bread.
