Pear Pie And Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 c. sugar
 
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
about 5 pears (may substitute apples)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
few drops of lemon juice
Preparation
- 
                            Pour mixture in unbaked pie shell.
 
Bake approximately 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Add topping.
