Catalina Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce, chopped fine
2 chopped tomatoes
1 can Ranch Style beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 chopped onion
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 jar Catalina salad dressing
regular size bag Fritos, crushed
Preparation

Cook potatoes and break eggs into same boiling water to cook (at the same time).
Dice pickles and onions.
Add pickle juice, mustard, mayonnaise and
butter to taste.
Mix in mixer and serve warm.
