Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs, quartered
    1 qt. milk
    2 large potatoes
    3 medium carrots
    1/2 lb. peas
    2 medium onions, finely chopped
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter and add pepper and flour.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Simmer until creamy.
    Remove from burner.
    Blanch potatoes and carrots.
