Coconut Macaroon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat or cream eggs, sugar and salt until creamy and lemon colored. Add soft butter or margarine. Beat well.
    Add the flour. Blend well. Add milk.
    Mix well, then fold in 1 cup coconut.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle remaining coconut on top. Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 about 60 minutes.
