Smoky Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. shredded smoked Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 tsp. steak sauce
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    toasted assorted crackers
Preparation
    Let cream cheese, shredded cheese and margarine/butter set at room temperature to soften.
    With a mixer, blend milk and steak sauce until fluffy.
    Cover; chill in refrigerator no less than 4 hours.
    Shape mixture into balls; roll in nuts.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Serve with crackers; slice and spread.
    Makes 3 1/2 cups.
