Raisin Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    rind of 1/2 lemon, grated
    1/4 c. raisins
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well. Bake 20 minutes in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 in buttered baking dish with bread crumbs at the top and bottom.
    If desired, fruit may be added to the rice in layers.
