Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heads Romaine lettuce
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 raw egg
    3 whole lemons
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 handfuls croutons
    6 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation
    Wash and chill lettuce.
    Rub salad bowl with garlic.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Break in one egg.
    Squeeze juice from lemons into bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine oil and Worcestershire; add to salad bowl.
    Place chilled lettuce in bowl and mix.
    Add croutons, cheese and anchovies, if desired.
