Quick Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (1 c.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, stir together evaporated milk, sugar and salt; bring to boiling point.
    Reduce heat and stir constantly; simmer for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add marshmallows, chocolate and vanilla; beat with spoon until completely blended. Turn into buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool completely. Cut into squares. Cover tightly with transparent plastic film and store in refrigerator.
