Gospel Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up
    1 small box Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 stick butter or oleo, cut up
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Salt chicken pieces and place on top of uncooked rice, butter and water in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with soups and bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
