Our Favorite Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 Russet potatoes
    1 small onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    seasoned salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Place thinly sliced (peeled or not) potatoes in casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray.
    Skin onion and slice.
    Place onion ringlets on top of potatoes.
    Slice margarine into about 8 pats and arrange over potatoes and onion.
    Sprinkle generously with pepper and seasoned salt.
