Tortellini With Tomato And Cream Sauce(Serves 8 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 Tbsp. onions, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. carrot, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. celery, chopped fine
    1 large can Italian tomatoes with juice
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    fresh basil
    1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Briefly saute vegetables in melted butter.
    Add tomatoes with juice and seasonings.
    Add basil.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Cool slightly and puree.
    Return to pot; bring to simmer.
    Add cream and cook one minute.
    This sauce is rich.
