Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
2 Tbsp. cold water
4 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. Equal
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cartons whipping cream
Preparation

In a small dish, put cold water.
Sprinkle gelatine over water to soften.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved and clear. In small mixing bowl, put cocoa and Equal.
Pour in cream and vanilla.
Beat until thick and frothy.
Pour in gelatine and mix well.
Spoon into dishes.
