Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. white Karo syrup
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 heaping c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Lightly beat eggs.
    Add Karo and brown sugar.
    Mix only until smooth.
    Add salt, melted margarine, vanilla and pecans.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie shell.
    Place on cookie sheet which has been heated in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0 and continue cooking for another 25 minutes or until firm.
