Mexican Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped jalapeno (or more to taste)
    1/2 c. chopped black olives
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. finely grated Cheddar cheese
    garlic salt (to taste)
    8 to 10 large flour tortillas
    salsa
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sour cream, add garlic salt to taste. Add jalapeno, olives, onions and Cheddar.
    Mix well.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Roll up and place in sealed container overnight in refrigerator.
    Slice into one-inch pieces.
    Secure with toothpick if desired.
    Serve with salsa.
