Creamy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
1 medium onion
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar, baby Swiss or Colby)
dash of salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown beef with onion in skillet.
Drain.
Mix eggs, mayonnaise, milk and cornstarch; add cheese and seasoning. Combine with beef and onion.
Put into a 9-inch pie crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 35 to 40 minutes.
Put on cookie sheet to prevent spills.
