Deluxe Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns (Ore Ida)
    1 can cream of potato soup (a must)
    1 can cream of celery, mushroom or chicken soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    onion
    green pepper
    parsley flakes
    salt
    pepper to taste
    grated Cheddar cheese (if desired)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a bowl and let stand for 4 hours or more.
    Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not cover.
