Catsup Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. ripe tomatoes
    1 lb. peeled, quartered onions
    2 peeled green peppers, cored, cut in strips
    2 ribs chunked celery
    1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
    1 stick broken cinnamon
    1 tsp. whole allspice
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. molasses
    4 tsp. pure coarse salt
Preparation
    Core tomatoes.
    Strip off skin and quarter.
    If necessary, rotate each tomato on a fork over heat until skin pops.
    Chop finely the first 5 ingredients and add to 6 to 8-quart enamelled or stainless steel kettle.
