Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef/chuck
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled fine
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    hot pepper to taste
    1 c. precooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drop about 8 bell peppers in boiling water. Bring back to a boil for 5 minutes. Stuff with hamburger mixture. Cover with tomato or cheese and then cook for 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
