Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 pkg. chicken for wok
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. carrot slices
    1/4 c. onion
Preparation
    Slice chicken very thin.
    While still partially frozen, stir together salad dressing, soy sauce, ginger and red pepper.
    Set aside.
    Heat oil in wok.
    Stir-fry chicken for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from wok.
    Add a little more oil and stir-fry vegetables for about 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add salad dressing.
    Mix together. Simmer about 30 seconds.
    Serve over rice.
