    buttermilk
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak chicken in
    buttermilk
    at
    least\t30 minutes.
    In paper bag, put flour
    and
    seasonings.
    Add chicken, close bag and shake vigorously.

    Use electric or
    iron skillet.
    Brown

    on
