Picnic Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. bottled sweet and spicy Catalina dressing
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces
    1 3/4 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, blend Catalina dressing with honey.
    Dip chicken into dressing mixture and then roll in crumbs, coating well.
    Place in foil-lined large shallow baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes or until tender.
    Good hot or cold. Serves 4 to 6.
