Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
1 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
salt
Preparation
-
Dissolve yeast in warm water and add sugar.
Then mix in all flour.
Knead dough, adding a little flour, if sticky.
Roll into long, thin strips and twist into shape.
Brush with beaten egg over all pretzels and sprinkle with salt.
