Creamy Citrus Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 lb. chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil and margarine until golden.
    Add broth, garlic and thyme.
    Bring to boil; lower heat, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
    Remove chicken to platter.
    Stir together the sour cream and cornstarch.
    Stir in orange juice until blended.
    Stir into juices in pan.
    Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring until thickened.
    Pour over chicken and serve.
