Elby'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
1 qt. strawberries
9-inch pie shell

Preparation

Combine water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Cook over slow heat until thick and clear.
Remove from heat and add strawberry jello.
Chill until thick.
Layer in a baked 9-inch pie shell with berries.
Serve with whipped cream.
