Mexican Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 8-inch flour tortillas
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped green chilies
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 small can finely chopped olives
Preparation
    In a mixer, mix all ingredients together except tortillas. Spread medium-thick layer on tortilla and roll up like a jelly roll.
    Put in freezer for about 15 minutes. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Keep chilled until ready to serve.
    Serve with salsa. Great for office potlucks!
