Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat or butter
    6 lamb chops (1-inch thick)
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. water
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt fat in large skillet; season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops lightly on both sides.
    Remove from skillet to baking pan.
    Pour mushroom soup and water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 until desired tenderness.
    Makes 6 servings.
