Beef Or Pork Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 medium carrot
    1 medium potato
    1 small stalk celery with leaves
    1 c. meat broth
    sprinkle of salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. water
    2/3 c. cut-up or canned cooked beef or pork
Preparation
    Cut up onion, carrot, potato and celery.
    Put broth in a pan and heat to boiling.
    Add cut-up fresh vegetables and salt.
    Cover and boil gently, about 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
