Low-Fat Green Pepper Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 or 2 fresh green peppers
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. onion powder or 1 medium fresh onion
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a blender, puree the green pepper and onion.
    Add the cottage cheese (a little at a time).
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
