Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust or baked pastry shell
    3 egg yolks
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
    Pour into crust; bake for 30 minutes.
    Chill.
    Spread with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
