Carameled Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 yam potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    16 large marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. thin cream
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cook yams, cool and peel.
    Layer yams in a baking dish.
    Mix brown sugar and flour together and place on top of the yams.
    Next, add oleo, cream, marshmallows and nuts on top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
