Carl'S Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. rosemary
6 anchovy fillets, chopped
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 1/3 c. dry red wine
3 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Saute chicken with garlic for about 5 minutes, turning chicken often.
Remove garlic.
Add salt, pepper, rosemary, anchovies, vinegar and wine.
Simmer uncovered until liquid is reduced by one-third.
Dissolve tomato paste in bouillon.
Pour over chicken.
Simmer covered for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
