Eggplant Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    2 eggs
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Slice eggplant 1/4 inch thick; dip in beaten eggs, then in bread crumbs (2 times).
    Fry in oil until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    In a large baking pan (sprayed with Pam) layer the eggplant, then spaghetti sauce and the Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
