Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. diced onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown beef. Add onions and celery. Simmer until tender. Combine with the rest.
    Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
