Streusel Pudding Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. baking mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. milk or cold water
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pudding and pie filling (any flavor)
    Streusel Topping
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients, except Streusel Topping.
    Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
