Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box mushrooms (fresh)
1/2 sausage, uncooked
1 egg
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
2 to 3 c. flour
Ranch dressing
Preparation

Wash mushrooms. Pull
stems out and put small amount of sausage inside.
Put
stems
back
in
mushrooms.
Mix egg and milk. Dip mushrooms in egg mixture, then dip in flour. Do this again, so batter
is thick.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Use Ranch dressing for dip.
