Green Enchiladas(Student Favorite) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat, browned
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 doz. corn tortillas
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 stick oleo
2 c. milk
1 can green chilies, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cut tortillas into fourths.
Use 1/2 of them to line an oblong baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Top tortillas with ground meat, then onion, then grated Cheddar cheese.
Add the other 1/2 of the tortillas.
Melt oleo in saucepan.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Next, add milk, chilies (drained) and the Velveeta cheese which has been diced or grated.
Do not boil, but cook until thick.
Pour over tortilla-meat combination and heat in oven for about 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
