Irish Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Cool and thicken. Beat with electric beater. Add mayonnaise and cottage cheese.
Continue beating.
Stir in crushed pineapple plus juice and nuts.
Pour into large Pyrex dish.
Refrigerate until set.
