Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. chopped and peeled eating apples
Preparation
    Mix oil, eggs and sugar.
    Add apples.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt three times.
    Pour into two 9-inch greased pans lined with waxed paper.
    Put in cold oven.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
