Mystery Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    23 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. pecans, cut up
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg
    whites until stiff, put in the sugar and beat again. Then
    fold
    in
    the
    other ingredients and pour into a greased pie plate.
    Bake
    for
    30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    It is good served with Cool Whip or plain.
