Fresh Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
Preparation
    Grease
    1
    1/2
    quart
    baking
    dish.
    Stir together all ingredients.
    Pour
    into
    prepared dish.
    Place dish in baking pan (filled
    with hot water to depth of 1 inch).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serves 6.
