Beef Rolls With Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak
    1 onion, finely chopped
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    2 bacon strips
    salt and pepper
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    1 cup hot water or stock
Preparation
    Pound meat into thin pieces about 4 x 5 inches.
    Season with salt and pepper.
