Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 c. butter
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover for 15 minutes or until tender; drain and mash. Add butter and cream cheese; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and next 6 ingredients; spoon into lightly buttered 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
