Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Separate egg and beat white until stiff.
    Mix flour, sugar, and milk with beater.
    Gently fold in egg white with spoon.
    Drop 3 to 4 tablespoon batter onto oiled griddle for each pancake. Makes about 4 medium-sized pancakes.
