Granny Smith Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork
    4 Granny Smith apples
    4 to 6 green onions
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 red pepper (optional)
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut pork into 1/2-inch strips.
    Core and slice apples.
    Chop green onions.
    Stir-fry pork until done; add apples, pepper and onions.
    Continue to stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Add pecans.
    Mix together the broth, brown sugar, vinegar, cornstarch, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
    Add the sauce to the skillet and cook over medium heat.
    Stir until sauce thickens.
