Mexican Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 jalapeno peppers or 1/3 c. canned
    1 tsp. cilantro
    1 (No. 2) can Italian tomatoes
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Chop onion, garlic and peppers very finely.
    They can be put through the blender or food processor with the cilantro.
    Add the tomatoes and lemon juice; mash with a fork for a chunky salsa. Use more or less tomato juice for a dipping consistency.
