Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. grated bell pepper
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Soften the cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients to cream cheese.
Mix well and shape into ball. Sprinkle with salt and roll in more chopped pecans.
