Jello Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small or 2 large boxes lemon jello
    4 c. boiling water
    4 c. pineapple juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice or lemon extract
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients and let set until almost jelled, not firm.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan.
    Let set overnight.
