Pineapple Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. corn meal
3 c. butter or margarine, softened
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
pinch of salt
2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, corn meal and butter.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Pour into the pie shells and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
