Steak Continental-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt or salt substitute
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 lb. sirloin or chuck steaks
Preparation
    Mash garlic and salt together, then add next 5 ingredients. Score steak 1/4 inch deep on both sides.
    Rub in garlic mixture. Wrap steak in waxed paper and chill overnight.
    Grill over charcoal to desired doneness.
